How can I return something?
As soon as you have received your delivery, you can return the items to us within 14 days
after receipt. The items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

We recommend returning your order in a secured package.
We accept the return of underwear in unworn and unwashed condition. We understand that you will need to try on the underwear to check the fit. When trying on underwear, please wear another pair underneath.
When can I expect the refund?
We try to be as quick as possible but we handle returns manually, so we need a little time to process it. Usually, the refund is made within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
We will refund you to your used payment method.
I bought my article in a retail store. How can I make a claim?
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your item. Your feedback helps us to improve our products.
Unfortunately we cannot process your claim directly. Your contact person is always your contractual partner at the time of purchase in case of a defect in the article. The reason for this process is that the contractual partner is the owner of the goods before you received them.
We don´t have control over the return- and claim conditions from the retail partners and therefore can not intervene in this process.
We can only handle claims if the order was placed in our online shop.
