We know it can be hard to find the right size, so here's a little help. Grab a measuring tape and measure at these spots on your body:

Chest: 
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, typically just below the armpits, holding the tape measure horizontally.

Waist: 
Run a tape measure across the narrowest part of the waist, keeping the tape measure horizontally.

Hip:
Measure around the fullest point at the hip, holding the tape measure horizontally.

Then use these measurements in the form below to find the size that fits you best.

Checking the model’s height on each style can also give you a better idea of jacket lengths and how the sizes fit.

Please note that some Selfhood designs are oversized. If the oversized fit isn't for you, you should consider sizing down.
